Excellent quality. This is my 2nd fit bit. I keep a spreadsheet for my steps and miles walked and this is perfect. I like the watch feature. I highly recommend this.

Having this watch has allowed me to be consistent with my health goals. The screen displays stats that I can customize. The app allows for customization for the display screen. The watch has option for O2 sat monitoring which is very insightful. You can also track your heart rate and the app develops your baseline which is neat to see. If you wear the watch during sleeping, the app shows you how long you slept and how long you were in light sleep, deep sleep and REM cycle. It’s able to provide a “readiness” score based all on your stats. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this watch. It’s not too large and not too little so it is fashionable. Charges very quickly and holds its battery.

I bought the Inspire 3 in May of 2025. I have loved it. However, last night I charged it which seems to have caused it to totally quit working at all. I really liked the battery life. It's features were just what I needed. I fear that reordering this same watch will not last past 7 months. If it would last, I would certainly give it 5 stars.
Update: I picked-up my watch to throw it away and it "lit up". I had previously tried to make it respond so many times. I charged it and it is working great! I guess the moral to this story is "don't give up on a Fitbit" I have now changed to 5 stars.

I have a simple 1 year battery Garmin VivoFit 4 for many years. I now wanted something a bit more with HR. I used ChatGPT to help research. Decided on the Inspire 3
Very happy with it. Battery is lasting about , 10 days, I don't use the phone notifications
It's nearly as slim and small like my Garmin. Highly recommend.

Comparative review: I happily replaced my Versa with the Inspire. The Versa always felt clunky on my wrist, would clank on my desk or get caught in my sleeve. Not to be dramatic, but the Versa annoyed me daily. Happily, the Inspire feels weightless and I forget I'm wearing it. It fits and feels great. Same fitness, health, and sleep tracking features as the Versa. And since I never used the phone or payment features, I don't miss that functionality. Battery life is much better on the Inspire. Both the Versa and Inspire connect easily and sync to my phone (Samsung) without issue. I like the Fitbit app and features, which is why I chose to replace the Versa with another Fitbit. Highly recommend the Inspire if you're looking for a comfortable, petite fitness tracker with a long battery life.

Does a Greta job at reading vitals, really easy to setup and actively tracks heart rate. I have a bigger wrist and they have an adjustable extra wrist wrap to put on that is bigger, and it is comfortable. For me as someone that never wears anything on my wrist it took a bit to get used to, but after awhile I stopped noticing it was even on me. One charge on low screen brightness can last about 5-7 days with no charge. For its price I really enjoyed this product. Does its job and it does it great!

I love how this watch keeps me moving or alerts me if I’m not enough. The stel count is pretty spot-on though I noticed it adds some here and there when I’m sleeping or sitting if I move a lot. The heartbeat tracking feels reassuring. It’s super light and comfy, so I forget I’m even wearing it. Simple, reliable, and makes fitness feel effortless.

I bought these watch because I had to monitor my blood pressure 24 x 7, because of blood pressure dropping too low because of my stage 3 kidney failure. So far it allows me not to worry about my blood pressure as much, it alerts me if it drops too low or is too high, also I am required to walk at least 2 to 3 miles a day to help with my blood pressure, with the step counter it shows me and alerts me if and when I have reached my goal. If I go over it also alerts me if I have done too many steps and to stop and rest because too much walking causes my feet and legs to swell up because of my kidney disease. Plus love the reminder to drink water every hour or what ever time you need too. I am only allowed so much water or liquids a day. I chose this watch because it fits perfectly with small wrist and can be worn on either arm wrist.

Caused a red mark on my wrist. After wearing the Inspire 3 for one month, I found a red spot on my wrist.

(Edit Added) I searched for the problem on the web and found that the red spot is caused be either contact dermatitis or by allergic reaction and has been often reported by Fitbit wearers. After cleaning the Fitbit and band with alcohol and detergent, no more red spots have occurred. I also loosened the band a couple of notches. I think the manufacturer should include a warning with the packaging of the Fitbit. I have increased the rating to five stars.

It's been about 10 years since I last used fitbit. Wow, it certainly has evolved. The metrics are amazing - lots of detail way beyond steps and heart rate. The heart rate monitor is accurate, and the battery really does last 10 days between charging. It syncs quickly and easily to my iPhone via the fitbit app, and logging food on the app gives you a great way to track calories burn versus calories consumed. Very much worth the price.

Durability: I accidentally washed with my clothes and it’s perfectly fine after.
Functionality: Love the find my phone feature. Worth paying annually for fitbit premium to get sleep stats. Very on point with step count. Enjoy the timer for resting between sets at gym.
Comfort: I bought an ankle strap that locks in the same way the og strap does so it’s still able to read my HR and sleep patterns. Kinda hurts in some sleep positions when worn on wrist but when worn on lateral portion of ankle, I don’t notice it when sleeping.
Battery: I only have to charge it about weekly.

I absolutely love my new Fitbit Inspire 3 pink Women's watch, and it's already activated and on the charger to charge,and all I have to do is install the Fitbit app, and now I can see if my Fitbit is charged by going to my Fitbit app and in the upper left hand corner is the Fitbit Inspire 3 battery percentage, BRILLIANT,only one problem is my wrist is too big for the current strap that is in place, I don't know how to remove shorter strap and install the long strap, any suggestions appreciated

I have been a huge fan of Fitbit since 2010 (and until Google bought them out!) and have worn just about every iteration of Tracker (not Watch) they've made! My favorite for size, comfort and convenience so far has been the Luxe, but they stopped making it some years ago. Now it's next to impossible to still find any new-in-box Luxe's even from outside sources. Just refurbs, which are a crap shoot for reliability (been there, done that). I tried the Charge 5 but it just feels too big on my wrist, as I am a petite woman with little wrists.
I finally talked myself into trying this Inspire 3 when my last Luxe finally started to give out. So far...IT'S A WIN.
I thought I'd be annoyed with the tracker being a little thicker than the Luxe, but actually, once it's on it's really not at all noticeable. It has all the same basic functions as the Luxe, and even shares the same choices of clock faces which I appreciate. One thing I like about the Inspire 3 over the Luxe is that it has touch sensitive "buttons" on the sides which wakes up the face, instead of having to tap the screen to wake up the face. As my Luxe got older, it became harder and harder to wake up the screen by tapping it, even with the "auto wake" option on. Just a light touch on the sides of the Inspire 3 wakes it right up! The screen is nice and bright and easy to read. So far it has been a very easy adjustment from my old beloved Luxe to this Inspire 3, and it makes it even better that I got it at a reasonable price! I feel it is a great value for the money. I wish they made the tracker pebble itself in a variety of colors, or better yet, out of metal like the Luxe. But I guess I can live with black.

The ONE thing I DO NOT LIKE about this tracker, is the connectors/connection for the bands! I don't know why they would make these connectors the way they did! Instead of using a tiny button/toggle you press on the base of the tracker to release or snap on a band, this one has a tiny metal pin on the band that must be wrangled carefully, one side first and then the other with your finger nail to get it to click in on the tracker. I have small hands and fingers and it's even a challenge for me. Someone with bigger fingers or no finger nails will REALLY find this a challenge. I don't know what they were thinking when they came up with this! Why didn't they just design it the same way the Luxe and the Charge 5 & 6 work? And if the little metal pin manages to slip out of the band, you can no longer use the band. To me, it's literally the only thing I don't like about this tracker, and was almost a deal breaker for me at first. Luckily, I don't change bands very much and I really want a smaller sized tracker, so I'm keeping it.

I’ve previously had a Charge 4 and then a 5. Like them both, but all good things come to an end. Typical life span a little over 2 years. I’m ok with that. What I really like about this tracker is the smaller size. When my Charge 5 died (tried to wash it off under the faucet), I looked into the Charge 6. Reviews were not reassuring. So this one had more positive reviews and thought I’d give it shot. So far it’s been great. Easy to use, display responds well to touch, screen is legible, and it supports just what I need. Plus, it’s less $$ than the new Charge. At this point very happy with my purchase. Recommended. Will follow up with updates as needed.
Update 5-10-24. So within three days battery dropped to 19%. A disappointment given the description states up to 10 days. So I made a few changes in the watch configuration and fully recharged. After36hours battery is at 66%. A week would be acceptable but anything less a disappointment.
Update 5-13-24. Turned off always on display. Battery at 44% after 6 days, not bad. Happy I bought this tracker over the Charge 6.
Update 6-1-24 Ok, I really like this tracker. Soooo glad I bought it over the Charge 6. It has yet to disappoint me and Im getting at least 8-9 days from a charge. Best part is I like the small profile and simplicity of the display. I see the large display watches and trackers and wonder why anyone would want such a clunky device on their wrist. Now if you wants apps, fancy displays, emergency calling, and all parameters on one screen, this tracker is not for you. So glad I made this purchase.
1-25-25. So the original Fitbit functionality was great throughout the past 9 months until the hinge point of the strap failed. The plastic where the pin secures the strap to the watch fractured. What to do? I tried some epoxy, worked for a few weeks. So I just ordered a new watch. Unfortunately, the watch gave me less than one year of service. Had it not been for its otherwise excellent performance I would have considered abandoning Fitbit. But I went and ordered a new one. Seems the watch is a disposable item with a life expectancy of less than a year. Too bad, seems few things in life have consistent longevity. I’ll have to see how long this one keeps me happy. I’m not going to deduct a star at this point. We’ll just have to see how this goes.
4-11-25 I really like this device. it has performed well. I've been reading a few negative reviews. Seems people expect too much from a small rather inexpensive fitness watch. This device is great as a tracker but is not without fault. Keep that in mind and you won't be disappointed. I think others feel they should get the equivalent of an expensive electrocardiogram or sleep results that you can only get from visiting a sleep center. Ain't gonna happen. Just use the device as it is intended, as a tracker. Overall, once the tracker has accumulated enough data on your habits, it will serve as a reliable reflection of your exercise and health. I think it is worth it and would buy another.
7-10-25 A few more months of use. No complaints. Good tracker. I sync it up with my iPhone and iPad. Sometimes it goes ok other times I need to pair it again. But not a major issue as it does catch up with the latest data. I rely on this compact tracker quite a bit for my steps, distance walked, exercise time, and general sleep quality. it also seems stop on with my resting heart rate. I still like it very much and would buy again. Another update 11-24-25. Watch very reliable thus far. No issues. Again the small profile of this watch is a real plus for me not to mention 8-9 day battery power. Use it mostly to track steps. I have a goal of 11000 steps / day and I’m on track with one month to go for a full year. Will buy another when this fails but I’m hoping to get more than one year out of this one.
