I use it for a quick charge when I’m not at home and it’s been working perfectly well for that! The back of it does get quite hot though, which is slightly concerning, but there’s been no issues so far

Looks definitely nice, but I regret this is not a fast charging battery it takes long to pass from one percentage to the next. Overall it’s small and practical for emergencies.

Not the best not the worst, slow charge with the wireless contact its a bit faster if you use with cable and at least it charges around 25-40% with one charge only talking about my flip6 dont know about other phones maybe my girls s25 ultra too. Not 100 percent but hey if you in a pickle it helps ive used it in 14 hour concerts for my flip5 and flip6 and works pretty good or when i forget to charge my phone at night and wake up with low battery, i always have it on my lunch bag in case i forget to charge my phone and no outlet next to me. I have forgot that i put it on the bag on my lunch bag and ill put on the freezer ive done it about 30 times and i left it on the car 110°a couple of times too and still works like a charm.

4stars only because i would love to be a fast charge 25w or at least to charge my phone from 1%- 100% with one charge

I have an iPhone 14 Pro max, and this provides roughly one charge per day. I was hoping I got more, but I guess you need a bigger one for that.
Color is cute and overall looks good.

The ankor 621 portable charger is a great portable charger but the only complain I have about this is that it takes to long to charge and gets very hot. I recommend it for short charges on the go.

Works fast and great! The magnet is strong and feels secure without moving around. Even the color matches iPhone 16. Only downfall is that it’s a bit heavy to carry around in your pocket if you need something while hiking or camping but overall, I would buy it again if needed.

Great to have around, does what it’s supposed to but it only charges my 13 Pro Max to about 75% and takes SOOOO LONG to charge the battery back back up after use. Like WAY too long even on a laptops usb-c charger. Looking for another that may accept charge faster.

From 20% to 81% on the iPhone 15 Pro Max in ~3 hours. The phone was in low power mode while charging (up to 80%). The power bank was full before and empty after charging. I didn’t use the phone while it was charging.

Ho avuto la possibilità di testare l’Anker 621 Magnetic Battery (MagGo) grazie al programma Amazon Vine, e devo dire che sono rimasto molto impressionato da questa piccola ma potente power bank. La prima cosa che colpisce è la sua compattezza: con un design sottile e leggero, è facile da trasportare e non aggiunge peso significativo quando è attaccata all’iPhone.

L’aggancio magnetico funziona alla perfezione. Si attacca saldamente al mio iPhone 13 Pro e rimane ben saldo anche durante l’uso quotidiano. Non ci sono problemi di disconnessione accidentale, il che è una gran cosa per chi vuole continuare a usare il telefono senza interruzioni mentre lo carica.

Anker makes great products but this one is a let down. It charges extremely slow, gets very hot and the mag feature is weak. A let down from Anker.

Ottimo caricatore, su iphone 13 riesce a fare una ricarica completa, ma scalda molto, per caricare ci vuole parecchio tempo ed il telefono senza internet attivo riesce a carica Un po piu veloce ma comunque rimane sempre caldo

7.5W charging speed. Charged my iPhone 15 Pro from 20% to 45% in 30 minute, then to 61% after another 30 minutes. So about 41% per hour. My desktop 7.5W charger does about 45% per hour, so this battery is pretty close.

The battery gets hot while charging which slows the charging speed. I measured the temperature of the battery to peak around 119°F using an IR thermometer.

One odd thing about this battery is that it's slightly longer than it should be. So when it snaps onto the back of the iPhone 15 Pro, it extends a few millimeters below the bottom edge of the phone (see pics). Not a big deal and doesn't affect charging, just something I noticed. Dimensions are 105mm x 66mm x 11mm, weight 134g.

The battery capacity is 5000 mAh (iPhone 15 Pro internal battery is 3274 mAh), but only about 70% of that goes into the iPhone due to the lower efficiency of wireless charging (Magsafe, Qi, Et al.) so expect about one full top up with this battery.

Purchased the Anker Magnetic Portable Charger, it works pretty well and charges fast. The only thing is it gets hot when charging which is kind of concerning.

Habe die powerbankk jetzt seit ein paar Wochen. Sie hält magnetisch wirklich sehr gut und ist angenehm dünn. Auch die Kapazität ist erstaunlich gut. Das Design finde ich nicht ganz so schön wie beim Apple Original, dennoch finde ich die powerbank in meiner bestellten Farbe weiß durchaus ansehnlich. Das Material ist aber relativ anfällig für Fingerabdrücke, das fällt bei der weißen Variante nicht auf allerdings befürchte ich, dass es bei der schwarzen Variante deutlicher sichtbar sein wird. Auch die Rückseite (die am Handy anliegt) ist aus einem schwierigen Material. Es ist weich und fühlt sich hochwertig an, ich habe aber das Gefühl, dass man das Material leicht beschädigen kann, hier sollte man also aufpassen. Auch die Größe sollte beachtet werden: Bei iPhone 13 steht die powerbank leicht über, erst ab 13 pro Max passt sie ganz genau. Den minimalen überstand empfinde ich aber keineswegs als störend, höchstens bei Mini Modellen stelle ich es mir störend vor. Zuletzt noch ein Wort zu Hitzeentwicklung: In den Rezensionen stand oft, dass sie unangenehm heiß wird. Ich kann das nicht bestätigen, sie wird warm, aber nicht heiß und ich empfinde es eher als einen begrüßenswerten Handwärmer. Alles im allem bin ich sehr zu Frieden

This Magsafe battery is the perfect size for throwing in your jeans pocket and taking it along for an additional Battery Charge. I love the light weight of it and the slim feel as well. It will not add too much weight when attached to your phone and doesn't get in the way with normal use of your phone when its attached. The only setback for me was the fact that the charge is slow, like really slow. I am using it with a Samsung Ultra S24 Magsafe case so that can be the reason why. I think using this for an iphone with Magsafe will produce better results.

I love this charger! It will charge my phone multiple times which is nicer than our similar charger from Apple. It does get hot on occasion. I try not to be watching videos or have too many apps open while charging because it seems to make it hotter. The size is just a little too long to fit perfectly on my phone and sticks out slightly over the bottom lip of my case whereas the Apple charger clicks perfectly.
More charges, less expensive, cute lavender, but fitting slightly too big vs one charge, more expensive, white only, but perfect fit.
Overall the Anker is the winner for me.

I just received this portable charger & did a small test for about 15min. I use a popscoket on my phone case so I obviously have to take the whole case off but I will not care. I am going on a trip the beginning of February & will def most likely need it considering the destination. When I first put on charger it went down 1%, idk why, could’ve just been my phone doing that in general, Within the time of this small 15min test, yes my phone did get real warm & went up 5%. Within 10 ish minutes using phone after the small charge it has gone down to 44%. I will update review when I get back from trip with the real use I’m hoping to get out of it.

This is a good product to get for travel or if you are away from a wire for a long time. Has enough capacity for my IPhone 13 Pro. Magnets are strong and it stays on pretty good, even with a case. Charging speeds are a little slow but that can be expected from a wireless charger. Only problem I have is this gets really hot. My phone starts to burn up even when I am not using it. The phone gets so hot that it stops the charging.

I love how thin it is and the sleekness of the design. I took a pic of it next to a mechanical pencil as well as my iPod pro case to reflect it’s true size. Fits nicely on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I charged for it for exactly one hour and my phone went from 16% to 48%. Not the fastest charge, but it does what it needs to do. Took away one star for the slowness of the charge, and how warm it gets while charging.

It’s great charger if you are an office person and you’re not out in the 75 to 100 degrees. In cooler temps the anker mag safe charger will work on its still get fairly warm around 90 ish degrees. Touch able. But if your out in a work site out in the heat all the time I don’t suggest it at all it get to hot to the touch and cause my phone to over heat.

Works as expected, I can charge my phone 1/2 times from this. I wish it had more capacity, but it would mean a bigger charger and I like the size.

It does get a bit warm and I would still suggest using a cable, if it gets offset from the phone it won’t charge.

I actually bought the Apple MagSafe Battery Pack to compare with this charger for my Iphone 14 Pro and I'll be judging it based on a variety of factors:

Price: Anker wins. $37 vs $99 makes it almost 3x cheaper.

Size and Weight: Tie. Surprisingly very similar to Apple in weight. The thickness is pretty much the same which is the most important as you want to be able to use it comfortably while holding the phone and charger. Anker is a bit longer and very slightly wider, but this doesn't really make a difference as it fits on the phone.

Looks and Feel: Apple wins. The Anker feels nice and grippy, but Apple's form factor definitely wins out. I notice that fingerprints definitely show up more on the Anker and not really at all for Apple. This is the least important category for me.

Battery Life: Anker wins. Apple notably doesn't list its battery life for its charger, but it's definitely less than 5000mAh. 5000mAh is enough for a little more than a full charge for my Iphone 14 pro and from my testing (charging up from 10% to 100%), Apple capacity's seems to be about 55-65% of a full charge.

Charging Speed: Tie. They're both pretty slow, but that's a given for wireless magsafe charging.

UI and Battery Advantages: Apple wins. Apple's charger is obviously designed to work with Iphones and it shows with the audio cue for charging, the visual popup for charger percentage, and the ability to charger the battery pack while charging the phone. It also manages heat, stopping if the phone gets too hot and let's you know it won't charge beyond 90% to preserve battery life. Anker has none of that, only a light indicator for battery life and it will keep on charging until it's done. It hasn't gotten unbearably hot, but I would keep to charging in bursts.

Magnet: Apple wins (slightly). I held my phone by the charger for both and shook it side to side and up and down and they both held firm. However, for some reason, Anker's doesn't seem to have the small magnet under the circle one like Apple does. This makes it so you can slightly turn the charger, but this doesn't really matter.

Conclusion: My personal preference is the Anker. Apple's small improvements really aren't worth being 3x the price. I value being able to hold the phone comfortably while charging and knowing that the battery will last me through the day if I forgot to charge my phone last night and Anker does that, arguably even better than Apple does. Heat isn't really an issue for me because I only charge in short bursts of time anyway (~30 minutes). Apple's charger pack is meant more for keeping your battery topped up so it only drops a bit during the day, not for charging up from a low amount which isn't my preferred use case.

I like this battery pack a lot, but a couple things keep it from being 5 stars. 1 - It doesn’t charge very fast. Not a big deal, but you’ll def have to leave it connected longer than the standard Apple version. 2 - It’s too long for the standard size iPhone 14 pro, even though it says it’s made for it. The pack hangs off the bottom edge of the phone just slightly - with or without a case. It’s a little thing, but it definitely feels wrong when holding it.

Otherwise I really like this pack. The magnet is really strong and holds well, the color and finish are nice and clean and I like that it has a power button so you can charge other things, not just wireless devices. I’ve used it 2 days in a row to top up and I really like it.

Der Anker 621 ist zwar deutlich flacher als sein Vorgänger, steht allerdings bei nicht-Max iPhones deutlich einige Millimeter über den unteren Rand über.
Etwas schade, dass dies auf den Produktfotos leider überhaupt nicht klar ersichtlich ist, sonst hätte ich mich eventuell vor dem Kauf anders entschieden.
Für iPhone Max allerdings sicher eine tolle Option, das Design ist schlicht und die Powerbank wesentlich schicker als frühere Generationen.
