Seriously bad break requiring surgery. We have a boot but it’s way too bulky for sleeping. This wrap gives very good support and gives me the option to wear with or without a sock. Easy to put on, great price, strong Velcro. Extremely happy with this purchase.

The first thing I noticed within 5 minutes of having this on, is you’ll definitely need to put some form of padding on your heel, to avoid the open circle from digging into your heel.
This fits very comfortably. I was searching and searching for days, specifically for something that is thicker and more supporting around the front of the ankle. I have a grade II/III ankle sprain andI haven’t been able to walk on my foot whatsoever for 3 weeks now. I was sent home only with a splint, but this wasn’t helping much as I had a concert to attend this Saturday, so 3 weeks after my injury, & it’s a huge concert I don’t want to miss. I decided to purchase an aircast boot, which came with an additional 3 paddings. I inserted 2 under my heel, and 1 in the front of my ankle, and it helped, but not much. At first, my issue was my side ligaments, & my main issue now, is the ligament at the front of my ankle. I can stand on my foot (only if I’m in the cast) but is painful to bend the front of my ankle when taking a step. I doubled up in this brace to add more stability, and it definitely helped. I still feel a little pain, but not at all what it was before I put the braces on. This is exactly what I was looking for and I’m glad I got it in my first shot. My main struggle was finding something to support exactly what I needed, as a lot of braces tend to only support the sides. But this one infact supports all 3 sides. And again, I doubled them up. It fit ontop of eachother with zero issues. And also fit into my cast with zero issues. I recommend trying, especially for the price.

I like this ankle strap. It's really easy velcro to put on. It's washable, and you can hang dry. I broke my right ankle on July 4th. The orthopedic gave me a heavy boot up to my knee. I can't drive with it though. When I need to drive, I put my Amazon black ankle strap & then put the boot back on. I wear women shoe size 9.5 Medium.

Instant relief the second i put it on. Omg! My ankle has been sore for no reason that I can think of and it's been bothering me for some time. Going on a 7 hr horseback riding trip behind Yosemite and didn't want to stress my ankle being in the stirrups that long. I know this will help a lot for sure.

Took a bad fall over the weekend and sprained my anterior ankle. Ive been icing, elevating and gentle stretches but knew I needed additional support. So grateful I found this wrap for my work week ahead! I feel more confident and in control of my ankle! Would highly recommend for anyone recovering from a sprained anterior ankle or ankle sensitivity.

I ordered this to wear while my broken ankle heals. Dr prescribed a walking boot, but I find this product more supportive and easier to use than a giant boot.
The fit is comfortable, adjustable and supportive. Definitely recommend this if you need some ankle support or compression.

I injured my ankle during jiu-jitsu and needed an ankle support brace. This brace has a nice initial feel—it provides a gentle but firm hold, which feels comfortable and supportive. I rolled my ankle. After icing, wearing an Ortho boot and body prox ankle support my ankle is feeling better everyday. I like the body prox because it's very streamlined and supports my ankle. I wear it over a sock and put a lace up shoe on without issue.

I used this 10 weeks post ankle break and helped me get back to fully walking. A year later I just bought my second one because I have taken up gym and running and realized it helps when both ankles have bindings! I love them both and the old one is still in great shape, you can't tell which one is the old one!

I paired this with my ankle sleeve, and I like it because I can control the compression with the straps, but it works and I can walk so much better and it relieves the pain.

I have sprained my ankle multiple times this years and this brace is the only thing that seems to help stabilize my ankle while I'm working, my doctor approves of the brace and like the fit of it, definitely suggest if you are having a hard time to try it out. Fits well in my shoe loosened of course you don't want it to tight

I thought I'd sprained my ankle because it happens a lot. I had recently had a voluntary surgery on my left foot and when I went in for my clearance to return to work, my husband asked our surgeon to x-ray my "sprain" in my right ankle. There were at least two weeks between my supposed sprain, during which I used this exact brace. Needless to say, it was actually quite broken. Yes, this brace is very supportive and comfortable. I've recently broken my right ankle, and am back to buy a couple more (you only need one, I'm sure, but I like to wash them every few days) because I've past surgery, in PT, and tired of wrapping ACE bandages.

The wrap was purchased for a slow healing sprained ankle. I’m not sure it has bearing on the effectiveness of this product, but I waited almost 2 months before purchasing this product after another ankle brace I already had failed to help much at all. The written instructions are poor.

Washable – this product is washable, but I will most likely handwash it to aid in longevity.
Fit – it is designed to be adjustable to fit a wide range of foot and ankle sizes.
Comfort – it is as comfortable as can be expected with this type of product.
Durability – out of the package this feels durable. It remains to be seen how well it holds up.
Pain relief – it does aid in pain relief.

Dislikes:
Watching the video in the ad is much more informative than trying to decipher the diagrams in the instructions that come with it.

Although this is hard for me to put in, I have to look at the drawing every time, this is so 5 star worthy. I broke one ankle and sprained the other so the sprained one had to bear all my weight. This brace supports the ankle, minimizes pain and keeps the swelling down. It’s definitely a worthwhile purchase.

I recently sprained my ankle severely to the point I can’t wear a shoe . Some swelling went down and I am able to wear this around the house without severe pain . It’s easy to use and would recommend it

Sprained my ankle pretty badly playing tennis. Had swelling and couldn’t bare any weight afterwards. Iced, kept elevated several times a day and took Motrin but was afraid I’d reinjure it. So delayed playing for a few days. Played pretty vigorously for two hours today with this ankle brace. No pain what so ever and gave great support! Great product for very little money!

I sprained my right ankle to the point of not being able to put weight on it and needed an ankle brace with firmer support. When I was finally able to put weight on the ankle and begin driving (4-5weeks later) I needed ankle support that allowed more flexibility for the foot and this BodyProx was the perfect item. It’s so easy to put on and take off. I did read the reviews before purchasing and somebody mentioned removing the circular cloth at the heel as it was not allowing the fabric to stretch enough. For me, it was creating an extra “bump” that was uncomfortable for my foot so I went ahead and removed the whole circular cloth without cutting the stretchy fabric. That worked wonders and made the item much more comfortable! This ankle support also fit in my sneaker much better than the ones with the stiff brace. Highly recommend once you have recovered enough and just need some lighter support.

I purchased this to support my badly broken ankle. It works great! It is very easy to put on. It works so much better than the one I got from my Dr! Some have commented about the heel hole being too small. I wear a woman's 8.5 medium shoe and I do not find that it is too small. It fits me perfectly.

I have been having a lot of ankle pain. I bought this to see if it would help the pain before I decided to make a doctors appointment. It has really helped stabilize my ankle. I am very active At the gym and outside the gym. I wore it first under my sock, it was more comfortable for me over my sock. I am able to continue going to the gym, doing my yoga, and going on my daily walks.

I broke my ankle this year march. After the cast was removed this ankle spint has stabilized my ankle a lot when trying to do light house work or going up and down stairs. I would recommend this item.

I fell off a bicycle and landed my entire body weight on my right ankle. I really thought I broke it. I also don’t. Currently have insurance so I didn’t have the luxury of getting an X-ray, I decided to purchase this for ankle support, kept it elevated and iced. After one week I’m finally able to walk around, turned out it was just a bad sprain. I love the adjustable straps, you can make it as tight as you want. You can also wear it with shoes on.

I have a hypermobility disorder called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. My joints are constantly at risk of subluxation, dislocation, and sprains and my pain and agitation level can change by the hour. This is very adjustable and keeps my ankles in a simple position that I can still move around in. It's fairly simple to put on, packaged nicely and didn't have any overwhelming scent.

The only miniscule drawback is that I cannot wear some of my shoes with them but the trade off is fine. If you have a pair of shoes that are too wide in the ankle, it'll balance that off nicely.

I broke ankle “Humpty dumpty “ style several years ago. Most ankle support bracing are hot, unable to adjust while wearing etc. This is the best I’ve found. Good support, great style with crossover. Easy to adjust. Easy to remove for airport check ins! One day my ankle hurt and I then realized I had not put on the wrap! It works! Highly reccomend. Buying another

This REALLY helped with my level of discomfort and pain, plus gave me confidence I would not extend my fracture. Only thing, make sure you have it on correctly and watch out for too much pressure in the heel opening area. Granted, for now I am still wearing my Storm Trooper boot, but I can see giving even that up soon.

So for context Im over weight and I have clubbed feet I normally wear afo braces to correct the straightness of my feet however my current job is easier without the orthotics in the way. My current job requires me to be on my feet consistently my left foot is completely fine and doesn’t hurt however my right foot is more deformed and mishapen than the other which as an effect causes pressure to be put on the foot in an incorrect way which causes much more pain. I can’t wear my afos constantly but I needed something to hold my foot in place to relieve stress on my foot and so far the pain relief is instant and amazing this brace/wrap is low profile and feels super sturdy yesterday I could not walk due to the pain and today I’m able to go up and down stairs with ease I’ll try to update my review after using this more but my expectations were already exceeded

I have a tendon issue with my right ankle. It is not very comfortable with shoes that go over the top of the foot as it makes the shoe feel too tight. I wear it mostly with bedroom shoes. One day I did not have my foot wrapped with this brace, but without me telling her my best friend could tell I did not have my foot wrapped because I limped more without it.
I did order another one because when I am not wearing the physician ordered boot, I wear this brace.

I have flat feet. No, really. Flat as a duck. Full foot print if I step barefoot in a puddle and then step on dry ground. No arch whatsoever to speak of. Thank you, genetics.
I'm also on my feet 40+ hours/wk. I've been working on my feet for decades. Over the years, my ankles began over-pronating and the pain was excruciating. After a few hours on my feet at work, I'd feel either a red burning pain throughout the top of my foot, or jagged, stabbing pain up the back of my ankle into my calf. Walking became impossible. 3 visits to a podiatrist for 3 separate cortisone injections later, the pain went away for a couple of years, mainly because I took a job working from home. I was off my feet. Yay, no pain!
Then, I got tired of talking to angry people on the phone all the time, I went back to physical work. A month in the pain was back.
Through all of this, I've spent probably hundreds of dollars and collected a dozen inserted and wraps and braces and compression sleeves that now take up space in a corner of my office, useless. They did nothing for the pain. Money wasted.
Then one day, while searching on Amazon, and scrolling past all of the types I've tried before, a search rabbit-hole led me to these.
And I'm so glad it did. I've been wearing these for the last week, and they are the only thing that relieves my pain and let's me keep going and active. With 3 separate zones of compression and all of them adjustable, I'm able to get the stabilizing, straightening support ergonomic physiology. My ankles stay straighter longer. I also get the exact right amount of compression to the area I most need. The relief is almost immediate when putting them on.
I read a lot of the reviews on these in which people complain about the size of the heel hole. I discovered that it started off small and stretches easily to fit with no discomfort. For the record, I wear a 10.5 in women's sneakers, and I'm 5'10". I have big feet as well as flat. I also walk upwards of 45-50 miles/week so range of motion is crucial.
Additionally, I had no problem fitting them into my basketball shoe. Yes, they do add some thickness, but I find the space sacrificed a benefit since my feet don't move around as much inside my shoes.

These wraps are phenomenal.

I've been a runner for over 40 years. Have successfully dealt with bouts of plantar fasciitis previously with a brace/sleeve similar to this one. Now I've got tendonitis on one side and plantar fasciitis on the other. So now I run with the brace I used before on one foot and this product on the other. I know from experience that relief will not be immediate; recovery is a process. Finished a 15K race this past Sunday with both ankles braced up. Upward and onward!

Stepped of sisters back porch, dropped a good 8 inches and roller my right ankle with my full body weight. Foot went numb, tinggly could not put any weight on it and puffed up. Bought the brace (next day delivery) and it worked wonders. After 6 weeks i felt nothing, no pain or discomfort. Now 6 months later the way i sit at desk I bend my ankle and some pain started to come back so I put brace back on and its helping.

My (L) ankle rolls outward when I walk. So I looked at this brace on line and thought it would be the a strong enough brace to stop my ankle from rolling outward when I step. When I first put it on to see if the brace would work my first impression was so-so. I then tighten up the velcro straps and yes, the brace came very close to my needs. I would recommend this ankle brace to others. It is comfortable and a very good brace. The only way I believe the brace would be stronger and supportive would be to add metal bars within the brace. This would probably stop my ankle from rolling but would create other problems.

The stability is good for being a short support brace. However, for my support I should have ordered a brace that went higher on my leg. But the support it did supply around the ankle was adequate. The brace allowed for full up and down motion and increased stability on side to side motion. The brace was comfortable to wear. It provides light warmth due to the neoprene, and is fully adjustable for comfort. I give my full recommendation for those looking for a short support brace.

I was a little worried about ordering because some reviews said the brace was small. I can say this fits fine! I wear a size 10 women’s show/ size 8 men’s and it fits snugly and has plenty of room if you have a bigger foot. My foot circumference is 10 1/4” around the arch and over the top of the foot. The velcro is strong and the edges of the brace are bound so they don’t cut in. I recommend this product.

I rolled my ankle at work and at the very least severely sprained it. I ordered this brace and limped around in an Ace bandage for a day before it arrived. It was easily worth that day’s wait and $10 because my increased mobility and decreased pain are significant; even to the point where I can function normally, without realizing that I have a sprained ankle. The inner material is soft enough that it won’t create friction, but I still wear mine outside my sock because it will cause my foot to sweat more than normal. I’ve already ordered a second of these braces to have one as support for each ankle for hiking in the mountains.

So I just got off work and didn't have these yet. My ankles were hurting so bad I could barely walk. I was so excited to see I got the braces. I normally am in a lot of pain when standing up after work and can barely walk. I had the braces on and I stood up like nothing was wrong. I would give these ankle braces 100 stars if I could. Great price, great support and great feeling on. I will definitely keep these. I'm also going to order 2 extra pair so I can keep back ups so I am able to wash them. I would suggest these to any one looking for ankle support.
