However...........the toast, just a normal size slice purchased from the grocery story, doesn't go all the way down in the toaster when the tab is depressed. So, about halfway thru, you have to pop up the toast and turn it upside down and re-toast. That was very disappointing. Probably works fine for English muffins or smaller pieces of bread.

I was very disappointed when I realized the color is slightly different on the toaster, verse the other 3 appliances I bought. I love them and the color, but the slight color difference is driving me nuts. Other wise an awesome product and perfect for saving space.

I sent the first one b...MoreThe outer housing of the toaster is plastic. I didn’t realize this until I received it but it does make the toaster look cheap. I sent the first one back because about a third of the heating elements didn’t work. but my second one is the same way which makes it toast the bread unevenly. It’s a cheap toaster so you get what you pay for. the chord also made a loud crackling sound when unwrapping it which sounds like the insulation was brittle
